As a Team Lead at our growing company in Funchal you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks You will be a key player in driving our companys success through effective leadership communication and organization Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals and ensure they are working towards achieving company goals Set clear expectations and provide guidance and support to team members Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team progress Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks delegate responsibilities and manage time effectively Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in English Portuguese language skills are a plus Benefits
