We're looking for a
Mid-Level Salesforce Developer
to join an international project in
Lisbon
and contribute to the development of high-quality Salesforce solutions. You'll work in a
collaborative and open environment
where ownership, knowledge sharing, pair programming, and continuous learning are part of the way we work. What you'll do:
Develop and deliver
end-to-end Salesforce solutions , with a strong focus on
Service Cloud . Build custom solutions using
Apex, LWC and/or Aura . Work with
REST/SOAP integrations , Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules, and automation. Produce technical documentation, including
UML and sequence diagrams . Perform
unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution . Work with
Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines . Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. What we're looking for:
Must-have:
Solid experience with
Salesforce development and full implementation lifecycles . Strong
Apex
knowledge, including classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL. Hands-on experience with
LWC and/or Aura . Experience with
REST and SOAP integrations . Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and automation. Experience with
Git, SFDX, and CI/CD . Salesforce Platform Developer I certification — required. Nice to have:
Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation Security & Access Models, Data Access and Visibility Salesforce Voice / CTI Data Cloud or Core Cloud About you:
We're looking for someone who is
curious, proactive, autonomous, and quality-oriented , with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in expanding their technical knowledge beyond a single Salesforce technology. You should be comfortable taking ownership, sharing knowledge, receiving feedback, and working in a
non-hierarchical and collaborative environment . Work model:
