MoveSmart Rentals is hiring a Sales Manager to oversee a fully remote Account Manager team.
You will drive inbound leads, demos, follow-ups, and file progression while maintaining high standards and coaching performance across time zones.
You'll review CRM activity, run 1:1s and pipeline reviews, implement AI-powered insights, and ensure urgency and effective offers.
This role requires 8+ years of sales experience and 2+ years managing remote teams.
