Product And Pricing Specialist M/F

Participate in the development and evolution of Mudum's product offerings
Monitor product performance (business mix and profitability), identifying opportunities for improvement
Conduct analyses of pricing, profitability, and portfolio behavior
Support the definition and review of rates and subscription rules
Prepare studies, simulations, and business cases to support decision‐making
Monitor market trends, the competition, and evolving customer needs
Work closely with the Sales, Data and Actuarial, and Technology teams
Contribute to the launch of new products and business initiatives
Prepare presentations and recommendations for various decision‐making forums

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
A college degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; For example: You majored in Economics but work in a technical department at an insurance company
Level of minimal experience
3-5 years
Experience
3 to 7 years of professional experience in Pricing, Product Development, Actuarial Science, or Business Analysis in the insurance industry (preferably in the non-life sector)

Experience in non-life insurance
Experience in pricing or portfolio profitability
Participation in product launch or development projects
Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
Interest in using data to support business strategy
Required skills
Ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations
