Location: PortugalFor an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisors.Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
- Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
- Record and document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain quality and service standards.
- Collaborate with international teams when necessary.No Prior Customer Service Experience Is Required.This position is for you if you:- Speak Italian at a minimum C1 level or native (fluent/bilingual).
- Have an English level of B1 or higher.
- Are ready to live and work in Portugal.
- Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Are open to a multicultural work environment.
- Are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.What we offer- Salary: 975 € - ** € gross per month.
