Contract Architectural Technologist - Braga, Portugal We are in search of a skilled and experienced Contract Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga, Portugal.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various building projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of architectural plans and designs Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work Ensure all building codes and regulations are met throughout the design process Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD) Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team This is a contract position with a salary of $**** per month.
