We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant
to support international clients across both
Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects
and
Application Management Services (AMS)
engagements.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consolidation and Reporting
, combined with hands-on experience delivering and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. You will work closely with Finance and Controlling teams, helping organizations improve planning processes, financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Projects
Participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM implementation and transformation programs.
Lead workshops with Finance, Controlling, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Perform fit-gap assessments and design best-practice Oracle EPM solutions.
Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud EPM applications and processes.
Support Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Financial Close, and Account Reconciliation initiatives.
Design dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculations, dashboards, forms, and reporting structures.
Support integrations between Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP, and other source systems.
Participate in testing activities, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure project success.
Application Management Services (AMS)
Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Cloud EPM environments.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Support budgeting cycles, forecasting processes, month-end, and year-end close activities.
Manage enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct impact assessments and testing for Oracle quarterly updates.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and performance improvements.
Maintain solution documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle Hyperion, or related Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and/or AMS support.
Strong understanding of Finance, Controlling, and EPM business processes.
Experience with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud EPM modules:
Planning
Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
Narrative Reporting
Profitability and Cost Management
Tax Reporting
Solid knowledge of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
Experience configuring business rules, calculations, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, and reports.
Experience supporting integrations between EPM and ERP platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud EPM Certifications.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP / Financials.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with global or multi-country implementations.
Experience migrating Oracle Hyperion solutions to Oracle Cloud EPM.
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
Experience within SLA and KPI-driven support environments.
