Junior VR AR Developer
As a Junior VR AR Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of virtual and augmented reality projects.
You will work closely with a team of experienced developers to design, develop, and implement immersive experiences using cutting-edge technology.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion for VR and AR who is looking to gain hands‐on experience in the field.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of virtual and augmented reality projects
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas
Test and debug code to ensure functionality and user experience
Stay up-to-date with emerging VR and AR technologies and trends
Support senior developers in project planning, execution, and delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine
Familiarity with C#, C++, or other programming languages
Experience with 3D modeling software such as Maya or Blender
Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or project experience with VR/AR development
Knowledge of mobile development (iOS/Android)
Understanding of UI/UX principles for VR/AR applications
Salary: $**** per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Funchal, Portugal (visa sponsorship available)
Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (with possibility for extension)
