A well-established company in the medical devices industry is looking for a Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join its finance operations team in beautiful Porto, Portugal.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional fluent in German to take the next step in a global, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processesOversee finance operations using ERP systemsSupport and mentor junior team membersEnsure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across AR/O2C workflowsWhat We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, including 2+ years in a lead roleHands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)Fluent German and advanced EnglishStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsWhat's On Offer
