About the OpportunityWe are looking for aSenior Functional Analyst / Business Analystto join a high-impact digital transformation project within the public sector.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements;
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities;
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical documentation;
Model and optimize business processes usingBPMNandUML;
Support decision-making through structured analysis and documentation;
Collaborate with development, architecture, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle;
Define, execute, and support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT);
Contribute to system integration initiatives involvingRESTandSOAPAPIs;
Ensurecompliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements, includingGDPR.
Mandatory RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field;
Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Functional and Systems Analysis;
Minimum of5 years of experienceas a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role;
Certification inITIL Foundation,CBAP, or an equivalent certification;
Solid experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation;
Hands-on experience withBPMNandUMLprocess modeling;
Experience working withRESTandSOAPintegrations;
Experience producing functional specifications and business analysis documentation;
Proveninvolvement in testing, validation, and acceptance processes.
Nice to HaveExperience withCRMandERPplatforms;
Familiarity withSalesforce;
Experience with theMicrosoft 365ecosystem andPower Platform;
Knowledge ofBPMandLeanmethodologies;
Experience working on public sector projects;
Understanding ofOpen Datainitiatives and GDPR compliance.
Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams;
Proactive mindset and attention to detail;
Strongorganizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
