We are expanding our Cybersecurity practice and looking for our
first dedicated team member in OT Security in Portugal
.
If you're passionate about Industrial Control Systems (ICS), secure architectures, and bridging the IT/OT worlds, this is a great opportunity to grow in a highly specialized domain.
As an
OT Security Consultant
, you will be responsible for:
Core Responsibilities
Designing, implementing, and supporting
OT security architectures
for client environments
Participating in
OT/ICS security projects
, audits, and assessments
Ensuring the protection of
communications between IT and OT domains
Providing consulting on
ICS/SCADA systems
, industrial networks, and OT best practices
Contributing to
documentation, security policies, network segmentation strategies
, and architecture reviews
Additional Activities
Potential involvement in
pre-sales discussions
, proposals, and solution presentations
Collaboration with the
Cybersecurity team in Portugal
and close interaction with the
team in Spain
Profile
2–4 years of experience in OT/ICS security or related industrial environments
Knowledge of
ICS, SCADA, and OT technologies
Familiarity with ICS communication protocols (e.g.,
MODBUS, DNP3, S7
)
Experience securing
IT/OT communication flows
Preferably, experience with OT security platforms:
Nozomi, Claroty, Fortinet
, or similar
Knowledge of European directives and OT cybersecurity regulations (bonus)
Certification such as
IEC * Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist
(preferred)
Proactivity and strong willingness to learn
