Dutch English-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Porto, Portugal Work Model: On-site Languages: Dutch English €4,000 Welcome Bonus We are looking for fluent Dutch and English speakers to join our Customer Service team in Porto.
Key
Requirements:
Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken C1 level English Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage stress and handle disputes or emergencies Active listening and empathy when resolving customer issues Ability to retain and manage large amounts of information Experience in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plus.
Benefits:
