Infinite Foundry - Real-time 3D Digital Twins
About Infinite Foundry At Infinite Foundry, we're building the industrial foundation for Physical AI- enabling intelligent systems to understand, simulate, and act on the physical world in real time.
Our technology combines physics-based digital twins, real-time 3D perception, simulation, AI, and edge computing to move beyond centralized models and passive analytics. Our systems can sense physical state, predict outcomes, coordinate decisions, and safely interact with machines, robots, and people.
We believe the next frontier of AI is physical and distributed. Intelligence must operate where it is needed- across assets, factories, and infrastructure- while remaining deterministic, secure, and under local control.
We're building that technology layer, tackling the engineering challenges required to make Physical AI work reliably at industrial scale.
Join us and help build the systems that will fulfil the potential of AI for a better world
What You'll Do You'll design, develop, and deploy complete computer vision pipelines- from image and 3D data acquisition to AI inference and industrial deployment.
You'll work on applications ranging from automated quality inspection and dimensional measurement to object tracking, 3D reconstruction, and real-time industrial perception.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing computer vision and AI solutions for detection, segmentation, classification, anomaly detection, and tracking.
Developing 2D and 3D perception pipelines using cameras, depth sensors, laser profilers, and point clouds.
Designing and validating complete industrial vision setups, including camera positioning, calibration, optics, illumination, and data acquisition.
Processing and analysing images, depth data, point clouds, and other sensor data.
Creating, curating, and managing datasets for model training, validation, and benchmarking.
Developing robust training and real-time inference pipelines.
Deploying and optimizing models for GPU and edge-computing platforms.
Testing and validating perception systems in laboratory and industrial environments.
Integrating perception systems with digital twins, industrial software, and, when applicable, robotic systems.
Writing robust, scalable, and maintainable software with clear documentation and version control.
Collaborating closely with teams working on AI, simulation, robotics, 3D technologies, and industrial systems.
What We're Looking For Core Requirements:
Strong programming skills in Python.
Practical experience in computer vision and image processing.
Experience with tools and frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, or equivalent.
Good understanding of camera models, calibration, image formation, and 2D/3D geometry.
Experience developing and evaluating computer vision or machine learning solutions using real datasets.
Understanding of deep learning methods for visual perception.
Comfortable working with Linux, Git, and GPU-based development environments.
Ability to translate research and prototypes into robust, practical engineering solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in any of the following will be considered a strong advantage:
3D computer vision, depth cameras, stereo vision, point clouds, or laser profiling.
Industrial cameras, machine vision, illumination, optics, and image acquisition.
CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX, or other inference and GPU optimization technologies.
Deployment on embedded or edge computing platforms.
ROS/ROS2 and robotic systems.
Multi-camera systems and sensor fusion.
Synthetic data generation, simulation, or sim-to-real workflows.
CAD-based computer vision or 3D model processing.
Docker and containerized deployment.
Experience with industrial automation environments.
The Engineering Challenge Our computer vision systems need to work outside controlled laboratory environments.
You'll solve challenges involving:
Reflective and complex materials.
Variable lighting conditions.
Limited or highly specialized datasets.
Tight dimensional and quality requirements.
Real-time processing constraints.
Integration with physical equipment and existing industrial operations.
We value engineers who enjoy understanding the complete system, not only the AI model.
The Mindset We're looking for someone who is:
Curious and motivated to understand how things work.
Analytical and solution-oriented.
Comfortable moving between software, AI, sensors, and physical systems.
Willing to experiment, test, measure, and iterate.
Interested in turning prototypes into reliable industrial solutions.
Collaborative and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
Excited about applying advanced technology to tangible real-world pro
