O que procura nos candidatos
- Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Solid experience in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including cost and margin control.
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented approach.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchising sectors is a plus.
Que funções irão desempenhar
- Manage the accounting and finance cycle, including journal entries, payments, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly closings, profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and consolidated financial information.
- Monitor invoicing and collections, ensuring the effective management of outstanding balances.
- Analyse costs, margins, and profitability, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and treasury requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and prepare documentation for external accounting providers.
- Contribute to the optimisation and automation of financial processes.
