Experienced Barista in Funchal, Portugal We are in search of an experienced Barista to join our team in Funchal, Portugal.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barista and possess strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine maintenance.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards Ensure consistent quality by following proper brewing techniques and measurements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe counter and work area Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations Operate cash register for transactions accurately Stock and replenish supplies as needed Adhere to food safety guidelines at all times Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of espresso drinks, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness Basic math skills for cash handling Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends We offer competitive salary ($**** per month), free visa sponsorship, and flight ticket.
