Where no two days are the same.## YOUR ROLE* Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
* Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
* Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
* Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
* Initial training will be provided.##
YOUR PROFILE
* Fluent German language.
* At least B2 level at English language.
* Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
* Good communication Skills.
* Availability for Hybrid work.
* Availability for shifts.
