MoonPay is looking for an experienced Legal Operations Manager to oversee the operational infrastructure of their Legal Department.
The role involves managing corporate governance, stock plan and equity administration, legal technology (including eBilling), and departmental budgeting.
The successful candidate will work to improve team efficiency through technology and AI while managing relationships with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
Eligibility:
Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or law firm management.
Direct experience with equity administration, cap table management, and legal eBilling systems is required.
Candidates should possess strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
