Job Description We are looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to join a Digital Infrastructure team responsible for building and evolving a modern, automated development platform.
We are seeking a highly autonomous professional with strong experience in DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code, capable of delivering scalable solutions that enhance the developer experience and accelerate software delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated SDLC workflows to support development teams.
Integrate, evolve, and optimize a platform ecosystem built around Backstage, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus, and Sonar.
Develop reusable templates, CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure modules.
Drive platform industrialization through the definition of standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Operations, and Development teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by promoting automation, operational efficiency, and an enhanced user experience.
Support the onboarding of application teams and gather feedback to drive platform adoption and future enhancements.
Qualifications Your Profile: Proven professional experience in Platform Engineering , DevOps , or similar roles.
Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD , software delivery automation, and repository management.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management using Ansible .
Experience working with platforms and tools such as Backstage , Nexus , and Sonar .
Solid understanding of DevOps , Platform Engineering , and software delivery lifecycle automation.
Experience designing and maintaining pipelines, reusable frameworks, templates, and automated workflows.
Knowledge of DevSecOps , Secure SDLC practices , enterprise platform operations, and AI-assisted software development is highly valued.
Previous experience in regulated environments or within the financial services sector is considered a plus.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Fluency in French is a plus.
Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Adaptability and comfort working in Agile environments.
Strong commitment to quality, security, reliability, and internal customer satisfaction.
Additional Information Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
