pstrongTrainee Recruitment Consultant – US Technology /strong /ppbr / /pp Cascais / Lisbon | Hybrid /pp €1,500/month base + uncapped commission /pp strongYear 1 OTE: €30,000–€40,000 /strong /pp🚀 strongYear 2 OTE: €45,000–€60,000+ /strong /pp🇺🇸 US Technology Market /pp No recruitment experience required /ppbr / /ppstrongWant to build a career where you could be earning €50k+ within two years, based on your performance rather than your age or experience? /strong /ppbr / /ppReach Velocity is expanding its team in Portugal and we're looking for ambitious people to train as Recruitment Consultants working across the US technology market. /ppbr / /ppYou'll receive a strong€1,500 monthly base from day one /strong, alongside uncapped commission on successful placements. /ppbr / /ppOur minimum placement fee is strong$25,000 /strong, so individual placements can generate significant commission. /ppbr / /ppWe're not looking for someone who wants to stay a trainee. /ppbr / /ppThe goal is to train you to become a genuine 360 recruiter capable of headhunting exceptional candidates, managing US clients, developing new business and eventually building your own recruitment desk. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe earning trajectory /strong /ppstrongYear 1: €30k–€40k OTE /strong /ppLearn the market, become effective at candidate delivery and start making placements. /ppbr / /ppstrongYear 2: €45k–€60k+ OTE /strong /ppDevelop into a 360 consultant, make more placements, start winning business and build your own client base. /ppbr / /ppHigh performers can earn considerably more. strongCommission is uncapped. /strong /ppbr / /ppYou don't need previous recruitment experience. /ppbr / /ppWe're looking for people with excellent English who are ambitious, confident, competitive, resilient and comfortable speaking with new people. /ppbr / /ppYou'll work across some of the fastest-growing areas of US technology including strongAI, robotics, autonomous systems and aerospace /strong, speaking with engineers, executives, founders and technology companies. /ppbr / /ppYour progression is straightforward: /ppbr / /ppstrongTrainee → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Principal / Team Lead /strong /ppWe're building the Portugal operation now, so the people joining at this stage have the opportunity to grow with it rather than joining at the bottom of an established recruitment office. /ppHybrid working with around strongtwo in-person days/meet-ups per week in the Cascais/Lisbon area. /strong /ppbr / /ppIf you're ambitious, want to work internationally and like the idea of building a career where strongyour performance directly determines what you earn /strong, apply through LinkedIn. /p
