Positions: Senior & Junior O2C Specialist / Customer Service Specialist / Content Moderation

Location: Porto/Lisbon, Portugal

Please note that all remote options can only be done in Portugal.

Job Description

As a specialist, you will protect and support global online communities. Your core daily activities will include:

O2C Specialist: Manages the entire lifecycle of a customer sale, from the moment an order is placed until the payment is received and recorded.

Customer Support Specialist: Resolving incoming client queries via chat, email, and phone with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.

Salary & Compensation Breakdown For Porto (Gross/Month)

German Senior O2C Specialist (onsite): EUR2,000 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day - Welcome Bonus EUR1,500 paid in 12 months instalments.

German Customer Service (remote): EUR1,100 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day - Welcome Bonus EUR1,500 paid in 12 months instalments.

Italia Customer Service (remote): EUR1,000 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day

Italia Customer Service (onsite): EUR1,100 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day - Welcome Bonus EUR1,200 paid in 12 months instalments.

French Customer Service (onsite): EUR1,000 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day

French Junior O2C Specialist (onsite): EUR1,428 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day

Dutch Customer Service (remote): EUR1,100 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day - Welcome Bonus EUR4,000 paid in 12 months instalments.

Salary & Compensation Breakdown For Lisbon (Gross/Month)

Greek Content Moderation (onsite): EUR920 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day + EUR45 attendance bonus x 11

Spanish Customer Service (onsite): EUR920 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day + EUR25 attendance bonus x 11

Polish Content Moderation (onsite): EUR920 Base (x14) + EUR7.63 food allowance per working day + EUR45 attendance bonus x 11 - Welcome Bonus EUR1,000 paid in 12 months instalments.

Package Perks & Requirements

Schedule: Rotational shifts operating 24/7 (2 days off per week).

Relocation Package: No flight ticket provided, Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months - details discussed during interview). Relocation inside Portugal only for German and Dutch roles.

Requirements: Minimum C1-C2 in your target language + Minimum B2 in English.
