- €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 months
- €100 monthly performance bonus paid over 12 months

Your Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers and insurance brokers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
- Respond to customer questions clearly, professionally, and empathetically
- Provide information about insurance products, policies, and coverage
