This professional will play a key role in building and optimising the systems that power our products and services, enabling efficient integration between frontend and backend. We are looking for someone with critical thinking, autonomy, and a passion for clean, well-structured code — motivated to tackle technical challenges and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /p /brh3Your Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDevelop efficient, high-performance Java backend systems to power i Cli Go's products; /li /brliDesign and implement SQL and No SQL databases, ensuring optimised storage and smooth data flow; /li /brliBuild and maintain a microservices architecture, enhancing resilience and scalability of our backend; /li /brliCollaborate with frontend, product, and design teams to ensure seamless integration between interfaces and business logic; /li /brliEnsure best practices in version control, testing, and code documentation; /li /brliIntegrate automated testing frameworks and security protocols to keep our systems robust and secure; /li /brliActively contribute in agile development processes, driving continuous improvement of solutions and workflows. /li /br /ul /brh3What We're Looking For /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields /li /brli5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer /li /brliStrong knowledge of Portuguese and English /li /brliProven experience in backend development with Java/Spring (one or more languages within this stack) /li /brliSolid knowledge of SQL and No SQL databases /li /brliFamiliarity with microservices architectures, cloud environments, and containerised architectures for building resilient, scalable systems /li /brliUnderstanding of domain-driven design, event sourcing, and reactive programming, with a strong security mindset /li /brliExperience with version control tools such as Git /li /brliAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments /li /brliStrong communication skills and team spirit. /li /brliCompetitive salary based on experience and expertise; /li /brliAnnual performance-based bonus; /li /brliHealth insurance; /li /brli2 extra days of annual leave (including your birthday off); /li /brliAccess to the Udemy academy; /li /brliMonthly utility allowance to support your remote working arrangement /li /br /ul /p
