Position Overview
We are looking for a Flutter Developer to work on an industry‑leading HVAC company, contributing to the digital revolution and reducing HVAC energy consumption.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Flutter applications and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure high‑quality outcomes that align with both business goals and user needs.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Good knowledge and hands‑on experience with Flutter.
- Experience with Flutter test automation (unit, widget, and integration testing).
- Familiarity with native mobile technologies (iOS and Android).
- Practical involvement in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Interest and initial experience with BLE and NFC.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- High level of self‑motivation and a proactive approach to managing work.
- Strong personal commitment to delivering robust, high‑quality results.
