As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a vital role The work The role centres on providing customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch, accurately logging and tracking interactions in the CRM system, troubleshooting payment and account issues related to digital wallet products, offering clear, timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy, and ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards. Pay 1 100,00 € x 14 yearly + Complexity Bonus Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
