Your Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers and handle their inquiries
- Provide professional support and effective solutions
- Manage customer requests via phone, email and/or chat
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and meet service quality targets
Requirements
- Fluent French (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
