We are looking for an
IT Recruiter . Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles; Search for potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn (Recruiter) using various strategies; Conduct phone and video interviews; Communicate with hiring managers to understand their needs. Experience: BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields; At least 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles; Interest in the IT industry; Ability to adapt to high-speed and changing environments.
