Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week
An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Technical Support Advisor to join their Dutch-speaking team.
Good fit for someone who likes untangling technical problems and can explain the fix in plain language to someone non-technical.
Your Responsibilities:
- Follow up to confirm a fix actually solved the problem
- Diagnose technical issues reported by customers
- Stay current on product changes that affect common issues
- Balance thoroughness with keeping resolution times reasonable
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch, English
- Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
