About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance Consultant to join our growing ERP practice, supporting both Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.

This role is ideal for a consultant who combines strong Finance business process expertise with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience and enjoys working across the full application lifecycle, from design and implementation through to post-go-live support, enhancements, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As part of an international delivery team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementations & Transformation Projects

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Financials implementation projects, rollouts, and transformation programs. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement. - Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap assessments, recommending best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions. - Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules in line with business requirements. - Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration activities. - Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities. - Collaborate closely with technical, integration, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Application Management Services (AMS)

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials environments. - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs. - Perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions for recurring or complex issues. - Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and small-scale evolution requests. - Support Finance users with both system-related and business-process-related issues. - Assess change requests, define functional solutions, and provide effort estimates. - Support Oracle quarterly updates by conducting impact assessments, regression testing, and adoption of new features. - Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Maintain high-quality functional documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Finance solutions. - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials. - Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion implementation projects and/or AMS support services. - Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including: - Record-to-Report (R2R) - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - Order-to-Cash (O2C) - Hands-on configuration experience across key Oracle Financials modules, including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Fixed Assets (FA) - Cash Management - Expenses - Experience with functional configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and change management activities. - Ability to translate business requirements and operational issues into effective functional solutions. - Good understanding of: - Data migration - Integrations - OTBI - BI Publisher reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working within global and distributed delivery teams. - Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certifications. - Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments. - Exposure to multi-country rollout projects or global support models. - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience. - Knowledge of additional Oracle Fusion areas such as Procurement, SCM, Projects, EPM - Experience with ITSM processes and tools. - Knowledge of ITIL practices. - Experience working in SLA and KPI-driven support environments.
