Right now, we arelooking for a Workplace Services Senior Engineer to integrate ourinternal team, based in Lisbon or Porto .

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions;
  • Lead technical delivery of customer projects;
  • Perform technical assessments and discovery workshops;
  • Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD);
  • Implement Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID solutions;
  • Deploy Windows Autopilot and Zero Touch Provisioning;
  • Deliver Microsoft 365 tenant deployments and migrations;
  • Implement Microsoft Security solutions following Zero Trustprinciples;
  • Configure Identity, Device Compliance and Endpoint Securitypolicies;
  • Design and configure Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labels,including label policies, protection settings, encryption, access controls andDLP policies;
  • Define and implement data classification and information protectionpolicies across Microsoft 365 workloads;
  • Configure and manage DLP policies for Exchange Online, SharePointOnline, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and endpoint devices;
  • Implement and tune Microsoft Purview policies, including testing,monitoring, alerting and policy optimisation;
  • Support information governance and compliance initiatives, aligningtechnical controls with customer security and regulatory requirements;
  • Perform Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams migrations;
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph;
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customers andinternal teams;
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technicalleadership during project delivery.

You must have:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Workplace projects;
  • Experience leading technical implementations for enterprisecustomers;
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
  • Experience working in project-based environments;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);

(Identity & Access Management) - Microsoft Entra ID; HybridIdentity; Conditional Access; Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA); PrivilegedIdentity Management (PIM); Identity Protection; Single Sign-On (SSO);

(Messaging & Collaboration) - Microsoft Teams; ExchangeOnline Migration; Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration;

(Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, particularly) - DataLoss Prevention (DLP); Sensitivity Labels; Information Protection; DataClassification; Endpoint DLP;

(Infrastructure) - Windows Server; Active Directory; GroupPolicy; DNS; DHCP; PKI / Certificate Services
