pBuild the agents that run our clients’ operations, and put them into production in 30 days. /ppOur clients don’t want another AI pilot. You’ll build those agents end to end, inside their real systems, with the guardrails that make it safe to let them run. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliDesign and build agents that run inside clients’ real systems: ERPs, helpdesks, inboxes, internal APIs. /liliWrite the evals, guardrails and judges that make them safe to run. /liliTake agents from shadow mode to production, then watch the numbers. /liliSit in client workshops and turn messy processes into clear agent designs. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulli4+ years shipping production software, ideally in PHP/Laravel or Python. /liliHands‑on experience with LLM APIs, tool use and structured outputs. /liliYou care about tests, logs and the boring parts that keep things running. /liliClear written English. Portuguese is a plus, not a requirement. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliVector search (pgvector), queues and event streams (Redis, Kafka). /liliVue or another modern front‑end framework. /liliYou’ve run something you built with real users. /li /ul
