At Konecta, we are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager / Lead to join our team in Portugal and play a key role in the transformation of our Data, Reporting and Analytics capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior data professional who combines strong technical knowledge, business understanding and people leadership, and wants to have a direct impact on how data supports decision-making across a multinational organisation.
🎯 Your Mission
You will lead our Data & Reporting team, driving the evolution of our reporting, analytics and data management capabilities while supporting a broader transformation towards greater data centralisation, standardisation and business intelligence.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help transform complex operational data into meaningful insights and scalable reporting solutions.
💡 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop the Data & Reporting team
- Drive Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics initiatives
- Support the transformation and centralisation of data and analytics
- Develop and optimise dashboards, reporting frameworks and management information
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimisation
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reporting quality
- Work closely with Operations and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Support data-driven decision-making across multiple business areas
- Establish and improve data management, reporting and analytics processes
- Contribute to the development of scalable BI solutions for a growing international operation
👀 Who Are We Looking For?
We would love to hear from professionals with:
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or Data Management
- Previous experience leading or supervising a Data/BI/Reporting team
- Strong understanding of reporting structures, KPIs and business performance
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional level of English
Experience within BPO, Contact Centre, Customer Experience or multinational environments would be highly valued.
