The Role — Cook

As a Cook at Paradigma, you are part of the core of the operation, where everything begins.

You are responsible for executing each dish with consistency, precision, and respect for the product. From prep to service, you ensure that every plate reflects the standards of the space.

This is a role for someone who values rhythm, detail, and teamwork and understands that good food comes from doing the basics right, every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Preparing and executing dishes according to the concept and standards of the venue
  • Managing your station with organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Following prep routines and ensuring consistency across all services
  • Respecting cooking times, techniques, and portion control
  • Handling ingredients with care, minimizing waste and maintaining quality
  • Preparing house-made elements (sauces, bases, components)
  • Communicating clearly with the team to ensure smooth service
  • Managing food allergies and dietary requirements with attention and responsibility
  • Ensuring all HACCP and health & safety standards are strictly followed
  • Contributing to a strong and respectful kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Respect for product, process, and consistency
  • Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus)
