Join our client's team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Customer Service professional on-site. In this role, youwill provide essential support to customers, utilizing your Dutch and English language skills toensure high satisfaction.
Additional Information
- Previous customer service experience with knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing tools,or chat platforms is a plus.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly and professionally explain complex features or event details.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously across variousplatforms (phone, chat, email, social media) while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Active riders and motoricycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred.
