Cloudflare in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will own the post-sale journey from onboarding to renewal. You’ll partner with Sales to forecast revenue, drive renewals, and maximize upsell opportunities using AI-enabled insights.
Based in Lisbon or London, this hybrid role offers a competitive salary and equity. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing to ensure exceptional customer outcomes and long-term retention.
