We're looking for a KYC Transformation PMO to join an international environment where you'll play a key role in coordinating strategic initiatives, supporting regulatory transformation programs, and driving alignment across multiple business and operational teams.

What You'll Be Doing

As a KYC Transformation PMO, you will support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and business transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating project activities across multiple teams and business functions.
• Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
• Tracking project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans.
• Preparing governance materials, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Organizing project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder forums.
• Facilitating collaboration between business, operational, compliance, and support teams.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Supporting decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Helping define and maintain project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Contributing to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assisting change management activities to support the successful adoption of new processes and operating models.
• Ensuring project documentation remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with governance requirements.

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Transformation, Regulatory Projects, Operations, Compliance, or similar environments.
• Good understanding of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing presentations, governance materials, and management reports.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
• The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization solutions such as Power BI or Tableau is considered a plus.
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data in a clear and actionable manner.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
