Senior Consolidation Accountant

Sleep.8 is a company which found its origins in London, specializing in the manufacture of furniture and mattresses. In just 3 years, we have opened 36 stores in 8 European countries and our expansion plan foresees the opening of several stores nationally and internationally, marking a new era for the group. Currently, we intend to increase our team in our production unit in S. João da Madeira.

Your role as “Senior Consolidation Accountant” is very important to us. You will be responsible for combine all the information from the subsidiaries under the parent's control.

THE DAY-TO-DAY OF A SENIOR CONSOLIDATION ACCOUNTANT IN SLEEP.8:

·         Consolidate monthly accounts of the regional offices;

·         Ensure the highest quality of consolidated financial information;

·         Responsible for reporting, planning and actuals for Corporate Holding companies;

·         Support regional staff in carrying out their financial management activities to ensure harmonized methods and procedures.

Requirements

WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU:

·         Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar areas;

·         Certified accountant;

·         Proven working experience as a Consolidation Accountant (minimum 5 years);

·         Previous experience in multinational company;

·         Proficient user of PHC and MS Excel;

·         Fluent in English;

·         Ambitious, prepared to take self-initiative and work towards tight deadlines;

·         Strong analytical skills.
