Responsibilities

As a Recruiter 360 at our Madrid office, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment and sales operations. Your daily duties will include:

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Engaging in proactive sales activities to attract top talent and new clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
