Responsabilidades:

Branding e Comunicação:
- Divulgar e comunicar a marca e seus produtos com foco na omnicanalidade;
- Gerir as ações de comunicação e marketing com os canais comerciais (off e online) em 100% dos clientes da filial;
- Estabelecer alinhamento estratégico com a matriz Brasil para um reconhecimento global da marca.
Trade Marketing:
- Gerir o trade marketing em Portugal e sua equipe;
- Acompanhar as ações dos KAM (Key Account Manager) e Online Specialist, estabelecendo KPIs atrelados ao sucesso das ações e à faturação.
- Eventos e Feiras:
- Desenvolver as participações em feiras e eventos em todos os mercados onde a marca está inserida.
- Formação e Motivação:
- Promover treinamentos periódicos sobre produtos e lançamentos para todos os colaboradores da filial;
- Em conjunto com o RH, promover ações de endomarketing, comemorativas e afins, buscando um ambiente motivador.
Qualificações:

Formação:
- Graduação em Marketing, Marketing e Publicidade, Comunicação, Gestão de Marcas, Gestão ou áreas relacionadas;
Experiência:
- Experiência com ativação e gestão de marca e eventos;
- Idiomas:
- Fluência em inglês e Português (obrigatório);
- Francês e Espanhol serão um grande diferencial;
Habilidades:
- Conhecimentos avançados de Office e Excel;
- Disponibilidade para viagens ao exterior (Europa/África/Oriente Médio).

Remuneração:

- Salário base negociável;
- Comissão por KPI a negociar (atingimento de metas mensais obrigatórias, totalmente factível a alcançável);
- Comissões mensais e trimestrais a negociar (valores que podem aumentar mediante a atuação individual e de vendas do e-commerce);
