For our location in Trofa we are currently looking for a

HR Generalist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategies to foster positive employee experiences Analyze and report KPI’s Maintain employee records Manage employee benefits Prepare data for payroll Ensure compliance with labor law and update HR reports to ensure accuracy Manage the employee lifecycle (employee relations, recruitment and performance management) Values and culture ambassador

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Academic studies in HR management, psychology or similar field 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging market is a plus Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Fluent English speaker Good knowledge of Excel Strong communication skills Passion for excellence
