Active Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through social networks (, LinkedIn) and other channels to meet hiring demands; Talent Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles, ensuring readiness for strategic hires: Candidate Engagement: Communicate effectively with candidates to foster interest, manage expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience; Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine sourcing strategies; Process Improvement: Continuously optimize sourcing and processes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Experience : 2 or 3 years experience with Active Sourcing; Knowledge:  Proficiency in using online platforms and tools to research potential candidates; Languages : English: C1+ (mandatory) / German: Native level; Personality : Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies and to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
