Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is insearch of a dedicated IT Service Manager with a preference forcandidates possessing a background in HR or IT systems, and hands-on experiencein both on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions. The role places a strongemphasis on IT and Cybersecurity compliance, making relevant expertise in thisdomain highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Service Manager, you will take on apivotal role, responsible for:
Ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Promptly addressing customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support. Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and implementing strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.Qualifications and Skills:

A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing ourcustomers at the core of every action.
Several years of hands-on experience in HR and/or IT systems.
A solid grasp of IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)and a familiarity with regulatory requirements. Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment thatembraces change. Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to managemultiple demands and projects concurrently. A willingness to thrive in an international setting.
