O trabalho será realizado na área de gestão da manutenção e reportará diretamente ao Facility Diretor do Grupo.
Funções:
-Planear e coordenar todas as instalações e renovações em Portugal.
-Gestão da manutenção de equipamentos de forma a cumprir com as normas de saúde e segurança.
-Realização de inspecões estruturais de edifícios para determinar a necessidade de reparos ou reformas.
- Melhorar o retorno do investimento em ativos.
- Reduzir os custos de execução, operação, ocupação e manutenção.
- Planear, supervisionar e organizar as atividades de manutenção.
-Garantir que as instalações estão totalmente operacionais e que todos os serviços estão funcionais.
- Programar e supervisionar trabalhos de manutenção, reparos e auxiliar na verificação da instalação e manutenção de equipamentos nos clubes e instalações da empresa.
- Garantir o cumprimento de todos os procedimentos estabelecidos .
- Regularizar e gerir junto das autoridades competentes toda a documentação legal exigida para a manutenção das instalações.
- Solucionar detalhes gerais e específicos e garantir a padronização dos serviços.
- Gestão de GMAO SIGE21 e os seus diferentes módulos (gestor, administrador, estabelecimento e fornecedor)
Requisitos mínimos
- Formação em Engenharia / Engenharia Tecnica ou formação similar;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos;
- Disponibilidade para viajar;
- Experiência em gestão de equipas multifuncionais;
- Conhecimento prático de sistemas elétricos, mecânicos, de aquecimento, ventilação e ar condicionado;
- Elevada capacidade de comunicação, compreensão, liderança, de forma a manter a harmonia e o empenho de equipa;
- Ser proativo de forma a contribuir para a progressão da sua área de responsabilidade.
