OBJECTIVO DA FUNÇÃO:
Execução de medição e ensaios de metrologia, de acordo com as necessidades das áreas de operações e engenharia de produto.
RESPONSIBILIDADES E DEVERES:
- Realizar calibrações internas e gerir as calibrações externas de equipamentos de controlo de produção (calibração, atualização, ficha de vida, etiquetas, entrega a produção);
- Assegurar a manutenção, calibração e conservação das ferramentas de qualidade e gerir a reparação;
- Verificar amostras, protótipos e úteis de controlo;
- Realizar as auditorias de produto anuais e verificação das características críticas/regulamentação;
- Elaborar a documentação e relatórios associados a medição e ensaios;
- Apoiar ao controlo de componentes, processo e serviço de medição a produção;
- Cumprir com a manutenção do Manual de Laboratório e procedimentos de qualidade dentro da sua área de responsabilidade;
- Cumprir com normas de ambiente, saúde e segurança no trabalho, qualidade e produtividade.
- Cumprir com as regras da organização e os regulamentos internos: Código de Ética, prática e o horário;
- Respeitar as regras de segurança e limpeza do posto de trabalho. Respeitar e cumprir as regras de Política de Gestão Ambiental, Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho;
- Participar ativamente na melhoria continua da Política de Gestão Ambiental, Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho;
- Executar outras tarefas não compreendidas na atividade para a qual foi contratado, quando necessidades ou conveniência de serviço o justifiquem, pelo período de tempo necessário às referidas necessidades ou conveniências de serviço.
QUALIFICAÇÕES REQUERIDAS:
FORMAÇÃO e/ou EXPERIÊNCIA:
- 12º ano em área técnica relacionada;
- Preferencialmente cursos superiores relacionados com o desenho técnico e metrologia;
- Preferencialmente experiência em criação de programas e medição em máquinas tridimensionais;
- Conhecimentos sobre Interpretação de planos e especificações técnicas;
- Conhecimentos de metrologia;
- Conhecimentos de desenho técnico (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de Técnicas de laboratório segundo a norma ISO 17025 (preferencial);
- Conhecimento de calibração, incluindo cálculo de incerteza (preferencial);
- Conhecimento de VDA e MSA - Measurement System Analysis e R&R - Repetibilidade e Reprodutibilidade (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (preferencial);
- Disponibilidade para turno da noite.
