Position Overview:As a Norwegian-Speaking Content Moderator, you'll lead the charge in preserving our platform's integrity. Your duties will encompass reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing user queries. While prior content moderation experience is beneficial, we value candidates who exhibit keen attention to detail and a commitment to online safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and manage potentially harmful or inappropriate content.
  • Interact with users professionally and courteously to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement content moderation policies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Norwegian, coupled with proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
