General Description:

The Technical Engineering Project Support will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and supervising the technical aspects of design, engineering, and installation projects for telematics and automation solutions in tunnels. They will ensure that all project phases are efficiently implemented, meeting defined quality, safety, deadlines, and budget requirements, as well as ensuring compatibility between the various systems involved.

Main Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage all technical phases of the project, from design to installation, ensuring that telematics and automation solutions meet technical specifications.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure system integration and compliance with technical requirements.

· Supervise the installation and commissioning of automation, telematics, ventilation, lighting, safety, and other critical tunnel systems.

· Manage the technical interface with the client, ensuring that all their needs are understood and met throughout the project.

· Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and applicable legislation.

· Resolve technical issues during the installation and commissioning phase, minimizing interruptions and ensuring quality.

· Manage the acceptance process and final testing with clients and certification bodies.

Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.

· Proven experience in managing telematics, automation, or control systems projects in critical infrastructure environments (tunnels, roads, bridges).

· Knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC, telematics, security systems (CCTV, fire detection, ventilation), and data communication technologies.

· Experience in projects with specific road and tunnel safety standards and requirements.

· Leadership and management skills for technical teams, with a strong focus on delivering results within defined deadlines and budgets.

· Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, suppliers, and clients.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
