We are looking for a UAT Coordinator for an exciting and challenging position

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.

Ideal candidate:

• Must be comfortable with complex projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, with gaps in documentation available (user stories missing detail and acceptance criteria, etc), with high number of Change Requests submitted throughout delivery and test phase.
• Must be comfortable with the need to replan often and to review the approach to accommodate for delays in delivery of some requirements, etc;
• Expected to be able to setup dashboards in JIRA, analysis over JIRA and Zephyr (leveraging Excel) and able to create and manage PowerBI reports.
• Focus on client, and ensuring all the business testers need is in place

Requirements:

• Experience of :5-7 years as Test engineer with >5 years as testerv and >2 years expertise in driving test phases (as test lead or test manager)
• ISTQB Foundation
• Test design
• Test execution
• Solid expertise in Zephyr and JIRA
• Expertise in PowerBI
• Solid expertise in Excel
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in BFSI
• Nice to have: experience in SAPIENS Software
• Availability to travel within Europe, if necessary
