Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is seeking a Senior Salesforce developer.

Essential functions

Salesforce Development: Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom code and configuration, ensuring alignment with business goals. Integration Management: Manage connections between Salesforce and our AWS infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration. Quality Assurance: Ensure code and delivery quality by following unit testing, review, and Salesforce CI/CD best practices. Data Management: Ensure data quality and consistency within our Salesforce system through rigorous audits and cleanups. Support & Optimization: Support operations users and identify opportunities for improvement in our Salesforce operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Apex, and Lightning web components development. Proficiency with Salesforce SFDX/CLI and Git. Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS infrastructure. Exceptional data management skills with a focus on data quality and consistency.

Would be a plus

Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect  Deep understanding of P&C, Life, and Health insurance lines
