Your mission:
Analyze and improve end-to-end processes for direct impact on R2R, other streams, and markets. Contribute to GBS priorities, KPIs, OKRs, and the overall GBS roadmap. Manage transformation initiatives, including GAP analysis, with a focus on R2R. Drive process standardization, harmonization, and automation using the 6-2-1 methodology. Lead process improvement and strategic initiatives. Manage new R2R systems/technology roadmap and process change. Contribute to the selection of tools, techniques, and systems. Identify improvement potential, problems, and feasibility of process change. Support standardized reporting, measurements, and ad-hoc analysis. Lead medium-large sized projects with a focus on time, cost & quality. Provide expertise for R2R areas and act as a subject matter expert. Contribute to the definition of policies, accounting standards, and guidelines. Manage and drive the Group Finance Manual into GBS operations. Support internal controls process and advise on improvement areas. Partner and collaborate as a business partner with various stakeholders. Enable R2R change management through design and delivery of prototype tools. Master advanced data analyses and lead master data process analysis. Provide expertise for operational processes or data-related queries. Ensure standardized data management processes and drive data quality improvement. Develop and implement communication packages for presenting results and solutions. Manage compliance and global process guidance. Coach, guide, and develop assigned team members.What you’ll need to succeed :
Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related areas. Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in finance functions. Understanding of accounting processes and data management. Experience in shared service center organizations is a plus. Strong understanding of regional and global market landscapes. Project management experience. Fluent in English (UK) - verbal and written. Excellent communication skills with an international mindset. Strong analytical mindset. Familiarity with project management and the ability to work independently. Ability to coach, guide, and manage teams in a trustful and proficient manner. Result-oriented and proactive..
