As an Analyst, Data Implementation Measurement, you will play a crucial role in our data analytics team by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of our data measurement processes. You will be responsible for designing, supporting, and managing measurement strategies that provide insights into our products and user behaviours.

What You'll Do:

Ownership:

Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and meeting quality standards.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting data engineering challenges independently or collaboratively with the team.

The ability to articulate technical concepts and details clearly and concisely, especially when explaining data engineering solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive measurement frameworks and KPIs aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable measurement plans.

Implementation and Tracking:

Design and implement streaming media tagging and tracking solutions using tools like Adobe Analytics, Comscore, Nielsen, and other relevant data collection platforms.

Ensure consistent and accurate data collection across OTT devices, web, and mobile properties.

Familiar with Tag Management Systems like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag (Launch/DTM), Tealium, or similar platforms. These tools enable efficient deployment and management of tracking tags across a website or digital properties.

A solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to read and interpret code are essential for implementing tracking codes, setting up tags, and troubleshooting data collection issues.

Proficiency in working with popular web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. This includes understanding how to configure, implement, and utilize the features of these tools to gather and analyze data effectively.

Expert knowledge of the tools (SDKs) we use to collect data.

Expert knowledge of processing rules and best practices

Understand the importance of data governance and adhering to best practices to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance. This includes defining data collection standards, documentation, and processes for managing data across various platforms and channels.

Understand the impact of privacy regulations (, GDPR, CCPA) on data collection practices—familiarity with techniques such as cookie consent management, data anonymization, and compliance with relevant privacy policies.

Data Quality Assurance:

Proven expertise in testing and validating the data collection implementation to ensure accurate and reliable data. This involves performing quality checks, verifying tag firing, monitoring data discrepancies, and conducting periodic audits.

Proven expertise in identifying and resolving data collection errors, including missing or incomplete data, discrepancies, or tracking issues. This involves analyzing error logs, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions.

Maintain thorough documentation of data collection processes, tracking implementations, and data sources. This includes documenting tagging methodologies, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and any changes made to the implementation setup.

Help perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Troubleshoot and resolve any cross-device tracking issues promptly.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to ensure alignment on measurement strategies.

Present analytics measurement strategies and insights to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of cooperation and open communication.

Proficiency in resolving conflicts and managing differences within a matrixed organization, promoting a harmonious work environment.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing).

Proven experience in analytics measurement, data analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (, Adobe Analytics, Comscore, Nielsen, mParticle, Google).

Strong understanding of tagging and tracking implementation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
