Job Description
Project or Program Management in Highly complex environments. Leading multi disciplinary teams, not only IT related. Establish and maintain comprehensive task lists, project schedules, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met; Monitor project progress in real-time, identifying bottlenecks and deviations from the plan, and promptly taking corrective actions; Collaborate with squad leads to assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure risk readiness; Act as a communication hub, ensuring that relevant project information reaches stakeholders in a timely and concise manner; Participate in cross-functional meetings, offering insights on project status, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or masters’ degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management relevant certifications are a plus; 2+ years in project management or a PMO role; Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely; Proficiency in project management software and tools for task tracking, scheduling, and reporting; Experience in Agile Methodologies; Fluent in English is mandatory.
